Returns Policy

Return & Refund

We will accept returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 5 days of the date of delivery. No Tags should be removed from the garments.

Refunds will be processed after a quality check in the warehouse.

For Return & Exchange requests you need mail to support@zphyrvogue.in

Your return and exchange will usually be processed within 2 days after your request. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.

Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been received in the warehouse.

For COD orders, we request you to send UPI ID along with the return request.
